Tucson Lease Report Feb. 26 – March 2, 2018

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Feb. 26 thru March 2, 2018.

INDUSTRIAL – 6855 LISA FRANK AVE., TUCSON, AZ
DHL Express, Inc leased 23,462-square-feet of industrial space at 6855 Lisa Frank Avenue in the Tucson Airport Distribution Center. Steven Cohen of PICOR | Cushman Wakefield represented the tenant. Bill Di Vito and Jesse Blum of CBRE represented the landlord, Harsch Investment Properties, LLC, in the transaction.

RETAIL – COCHISE PLAZA, SIERRA VISTA, AZ
Sierra Vista Public Library dba Friends Bookstore has leased a 6,000-square-feet space at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona. The Premises will be used as retail store for the sale of used books, DVD’s, CD’s and other media and art products. They are scheduled to open for business May 2018. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – TUCSON PLACE SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON, AZ
Dream Dance leased a 4,626-square-foot space at Tucson Place Shopping Center, located at the NW corner of First Ave. and Wetmore Rd. The Premises will be used dance studio. They are scheduled to open for business April 2018.  Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Mark Hayes, of Tierra Antigua Realty represented the Tenant.

OFFICE – 7575 W TWIN PEAKS RD., TUCSON, AZ
Arizona Youth Partnership leased 4,250-square-feet of office space at 7575 W. Twin Peaks Road. Jeff Casper of CBRE represented the tenant. Gary Heinfeld of Advisors in Real Estate, Inc. represented the landlord, CJR Investments, LLC, in the transaction.

OFFICE – 529 W WETMORE RD., TUCSON, AZ
National Community Health Partners leased 3,127-square-feet of office space at 529 W. Wetmore Road. Jeff Casper of CBRE represented the landlord, Ross Capital LLC, in the transaction.

OFFICE – 4400 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON, AZ
Strongpoint, LLC leased 2,932-square-feet of office space at 4400 E. Broadway Boulevard. Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the tenant. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord, 4400 Broadway, LLC, in the transaction.

OFFICE – 177 N CHURCH AVE., TUCSON, AZ
OCREX, LTD leased 2,878-square-feet of office space at 177 N. Church Avenue in the Transamerica Building. Buzz Isaacson and Alex Hardie of CBRE represented the landlord, TA Building Corp, in the transaction.

OFFICE – 2302 E SPEEDWAY BLVD, TUCSON, AZ
Next Step Counseling leased 2,087-square-feet of office space from Pelican Management Company at 2302 E. Speedway Boulevard in University Professional Center. Jeff Casper of CBRE handled the transaction.

RETAIL – COSHISE PLAZA, SIERRA VISTA, AZ
South Point has leased a 1,050-square-feet of space at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona. The Premises will be used as an office selling and dispensing hearing aids, providing diagnostic evals, aural rehab and for the sales of related products and services.  Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Pamela Shackelford, of Stone Miller, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – SWC SPEEDWAY & CRAYCROFT, TUCSON, AZ
Citywide Insurance has renewed their lease at Speedway Craycroft Plaza, located on SW corner of Speedway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. in Tucson, Arizona. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.

OFFICE – NEC ORACLE & FORT LOWELL, TUCSON, AZ
Department of Economic Security has renewed their lease at Oracle Ft. Lowell Center, located on the NE corner of Oracle Rd. and Ft. Lowell Rd. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.

Smart Look Salon has renewed their lease at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.

RETAIL – SPEEDWAY PANTANO SQUARE, TUCSON, AZ
Bridgestone has renewed their lease at Speedway Pantano Square, located on the SE corner of Speedway Blvd. and Pantano Rd. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.

RETAIL – MARANA MERCADO, MARANA, AZ
Allstate Insurance has renewed their lease at Marana Mercado, located on the northeast corner of Orange Grove Rd. & Thornydale Rd. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.
