The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from February 13 thru 17, 2017.

OFFICE – 5151 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Goldblatt Systems, LLC renewed their lease at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 1000 in Tucson, with KCI-Broadway, LLC, Scott Seldin-Broadway, LLC, Belmont-Broadway, LLC and Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC.  Goldblatt Systems expanded their space to a total of 11,405-square-feet of office space. Honeywell International, Inc. leased 4,661-square-feet in the Ajo/Evans Business Park, 1200 E. OFFICE – 1430 E. FORT LOWELL, TUCSON

RETAIL – 7507 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Right at Home, in home care and assistance, has leased 1,320-square-foot space at 7507 E. Broadway Blvd, moving April 1st to expand into larger space and easier to access for its employees and clients.  Nancy McClure, CBRE, represented the Landlord, Broadway Star Partners, LLC in the transaction.

RETAIL – 17 N. STONE AVE., TUCSON
Manzanita Concepts, who has plans to open a Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip, leased 1,308-square-feet of retail space at 17 N. Stone Avenue in downtown Tucson. David Blanchette of CBRE represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch of CBRE.

OFFICE – 4733 E. CAMP LOWELL DR., TUCSON
Dr. Jyotsna Sahni and her practice, Sleep Medicine, LLC, leased 1,300-square-feet at the Bondell Office Complex at 4733 E. Camp Lowell Dr.  Tucson, AZ  85712.  The Bondell Office Complex was built in 2000 in the Swan Corporate Center at Swan and Ft. Lowell Roads.  “This is the perfect location for Dr. Sahni.  Easy access, ideal size, engaged and cooperating landlord and most of all at a fair price.” said Robertson.  After a three month search, countless negotiations with landlords, a five year lease was finally executed at an undisclosed rate.  The landlord was Sue Bondell, CRS, CGI who represent herself with Bond Realty Company.  James P. Quik Fix iPhone, LLC leased 1,280-square-feet at 245 South Wilmot Road from ATT 245 Marketplace, LLC.  The space is located within a new retail center known as 245 Marketplace, located just south of Corner Bakery. Other tenants in the center include One Stop Nutrition, Laser Rx, and Wilmot Nails.  Rick Borane and Jeramy Price of Volk Company handled a lease.
