Shu Wen Shao has leased 1,200-square-feet at 5075 North La Canada Boulevard, Unit C-7, which is located within River Park Village at the northwest corner of River and La Canada. The tenant plans to open a foot and body massage business in the space. River Park Village is anchored by Albertson’s and includes co-tenants such as Snap Fitness, Whataburger, Subway, and Papa John’s.
