TUCSON, AZ (FEBRUARY 9, 2026) — There were 18 lease transactions reported this week: 8 new leases and 10 renewals,  totaling 85,111 square feet, which were reported to the Tucson Lease Report, including 64,700 square feet of retail, 19,086 square feet of industrial, and 1,325 square feet of office.

The week’s largest retail lease was Just Between Friends Tucson at 2520 S. Harrison Rd. for 26,500 square feet, with Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier representing the landlord. The largest industrial transaction was Safelite AutoGlass at 1402 S. Kolb Rd. for 9,916 square feet, with Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier representing the landlord. The top office lease was Omni Elite Improvements, LLC at 3275 W. Ina Rd., Suite 269, for 1,325 square feet, with Thomas J. Nieman representing the landlord.
