TUCSON, ARIZONA — Highlighted this week is 3,462-square-feet of office space leased at 5780 N Swan Road in Tucson to Landmark One Realty handled by Rick Kleiner with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Dave Volk of VOLK Company.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from February 28 thru March 4, 2022.

Landmark One Realty, LLC, leased 3,462-square-feet at 5780 N Swan Road. The tenant was represented by Rick Kleiner of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor. Dave Volk of VOLK Company represented Holualoa Foothills Office Plaza.

INDUSTRIAL – 219 N 3^rd AVE., TUCSON 85705, Central
SPS+ Architects, LLP in the lease of 3,028-square-feet at 219 N. 3rd Avenue from Iron Horse, LLC. The landlord was represented by Andy Seleznov of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor. Dave Volk of VOLK Company represented SPS+ Architects.

RETAIL – 63 E. CONGRESS ST., TUCSON 85701, Central
EZBACHI LLC leased 2,800-square-feet at 63 E Congress, Suite 121, the space formerly occupied by Senea Thai Bistro. The tenant, EZBACHI LLC, plans to open a Thai restaurant.
