The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Feb. 5 thru 9, 2018.

OFFICE – 4892 N STONE AVE., TUCSON
Tucson Physician Group Holdings leased 12,380-square-feet of office space at 4892 N. Stone Avenue. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

SMSJ Tucson Holdings, LLC leased 6,596-square-feet of office space at 4892 N. Stone Avenue. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4605 S PALO VERDE RD, TUCSON
Overtone Haircare, Inc leased 4,980-square-feet of industrial space at 4605 S. Palo Verde Road in the Butterfield Center. Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney of CBRE represented the tenant. Rob Glaser of Cushman Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord, Presson Equity Partners, in the transaction.

A new restaurant (to be named later), leased 1,846 square-feet of retail space located at 140 W Duval Mine Road, Suite 108, Sahuarita, Arizona, from CJR at Bullhead LLC, LLC.  Gary Heinfeld CPA, CCIM and Ryan Heinfeld CCIM of Advisors in Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord and Kevin Volk with Volk Company represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 8567 N. SILVERBELL RD., MARANA
