The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from January 14-18, 2019.

INDUSTRIAL – 1546 S EUCLID AVE., TUCSON
Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented Travis Miller in the lease of 4,000-square-feet of industrial space at 1546 S. Euclid Ave.  The landlord, DBR Investment Properties, was self-represented. RETAIL – 3232 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Debbie Heslop, CCIM, and Kevin Volk of Volk Company handled a new lease with the Connectivity Source, the nation’s largest Sprint dealer, for 2,456-square-feet in the Chroma Annex, at 3232 E. Speedway Blvd.  This is the first new lease in the Chroma complex, a new, mixed use development planned for the southwest corner of Speedway and Miramonte.  The landlord is SMDSK Encanto LLC. RETAIL – MISSION PLAZA, TUCSON
Volk Company agents Kevin Volk and Jeramy Price represented the landlord, Brazo, LLC, in the lease of 2,212-square-feet in Mission Plaza to be used as an event center for “The Lost Boys of Sudan”.  The event center will join other new tenants in the Sprouts anchored project on the northwest corner of Speedway and Swan including Banfield Pet Hospital and the recently opened Craft, A Modern Drinkery.

RETAIL – 18726 S NOGALES HWY., TUCSON
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC. leased a 2,100-square-foot retail space located at 18726 South Nogales Highway in Tucson, Arizona from SPD 18726 Nogales Highway, LLC. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant and Dave Hammack of Picor | Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

RETAIL – 2643 N CAMPBELL AVE., TUCSON
Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented Campbell 19G LLC in the lease of 1,500-square-feet at 2643 N. Campbell Ave to Your CBD Store, operated by Brian & Simonette Mildebrandt.  This will be the second location for Your CBD Store, which will be adjacent to the newly opened Hoki Poki, which specializes in Poke bowls. RETAIL – 4955 N SABINO CANYON RD., STE 103, TUCSON
Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented Tucson Braces, operated by Neal and Amy Jones, in the lease of 1,140-square-feet at 4955 N. Sabino Canyon Rd, Suite 103.  The landlord, HVIP,LLC, was represented by Commercial Retail Advisors.

RETAIL – SIERRA VISTA
Kevin Volk also represented Connectivity Source in a lease of 1,130-square-feet in a retail building in Sierra Vista owned by Cosi Swan Long Term Investment, LP, bringing the property to 100% occupancy.  The landlord was represented by Bryan Ledbetter and Madison Poole of Western Retail Advisors.

RETAIL – PARK PLACE SHOPPING CENTER FOOD COURT, TUCSON
Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Med Cuisine in a new lease of 837-square-feet in the Park Place Shopping Center food court.  Med Cuisine plans to operate a restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.

RETAIL – PLAZA 22 SHOPPING CENTER, 7437 E 22ND STREET, TUCSON
