Guild Mortgage Company leased 7,654-square-feet of office space at 1825 E. River Road in the Joesler Village Plaza. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE, as well as NAI San Diego represented the tenant. The landlord, Mercado De Joesler, LLC, represented themselves in the transaction.

Tucson Urban League Housing Corporation leased 3,055-square-feet at 1101 South Columbus Boulevard, Tucson. The tenant will use the building for a child care facility. RETAIL – 1011 N. TYNDALL PLAZA, TUCSON
Kamp Fit health club and exercise facility leased 3,000-square-feet on the ground floor of The Hub, a 592-bed student housing tower at 1011 North Tyndall. Kamp Fit will join Mama’s Hawaiian Barbeque, which recently opened in this student housing project.  Debbie Heslop, CCIM, of Volk Company represented Core Campus Tucson.

Pita Platter LLC leased 2,110-square-feet on the ground floor of The Hub, a 592-bed student housing tower at 1011 North Tyndall. Pita Platter is a Mediterranean restaurant and bakery that will also sell coffee, smoothies, and ice cream.
