TUCSON, ARIZONA — Highlighted this week is a long-term office lease for 29,382 square feet to Marana Health Center. Lori Casey and Doug Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant in the transaction.

Marana Health Center, Inc. has leased 29,382 square feet at 2945 W. Ina Road, Suites 101, 103, 121, (entire second floor), from 2945 West Ina Road, LLC. Lori Casey and Doug Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant in the transaction. The 29,382 square foot long-term lease consisting of medical, dental and counseling services for Marana Health Center, MHC.

Fuego Construction LLC leased 23,200 square feet of industrial space at 2626 S. 4th Ave., buildings A, B & C in Tucson, from Tin Cup Properties, LLC. Ron Zimmerman, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
OFFICE – 899 N. WILMOT RD. TUCSON 85711, East
Marana Health Center, Inc. has leased 7,618 square feet expansion and new long-term extension for a total of 22,838 SF at 899 N. Wilmot Rd., adding Suites C7 & E3-E7, from Holland Arizona Investments, LLC dba Holland San Rafael Investments, LLC. Lori Casey, Doug Marsh and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented both the Tenant and Landlord in this transaction. Marana Health Center (MHC) expanded their medical, dental and counseling services at 899 N. Wilmot Road, including a long-term lease extension for the entire 22,838 SF to be fully operational with the 7,618 square feet adding dental services and counseling services.

IFS Flooring L.L.C. renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for a total 7,163 square feet of industrial space at Exchange Place, 1870 W. Prince Rd., Suite B-16 and B-21 in Tucson.
