Daniel’s Moving & Storage leased 37,200 sq. ft. at 3131 and 3135-3137 S Dodge Blvd. Daniel’s is a Phoenix-based family run business founded in 1978 by Daniel G. Ozbun. It has been in Tucson since 2007, specializing in commercial and residential services. Offering a full-service agency that provides packing, crating, protected storage and local, long distance and international transportation services as well as office modular reconfiguration services, asset management, warehousing and storage for all goods and services. Daniel’s is in six states and a part of a network of more than 500 Atlas agents across North America. Daniel’s has doubled the size of its facility with this new lease. Jos. A. Banks has leased a 5,048 sq. ft. space at The Plaza at Williams Centre on the southeast corner of Broadway Blvd. & Craycroft Blvd. Jos. A. Banks offers a complete line of men’s cloths and related Apparel. This is a new facility and is scheduled to open for business in November of 2013. The premises will be used as an upscale full service men and woman’s salon. They are scheduled to open for business in September 2013.
