Highlighted this week is a 59,675-square-foot retail space leased by Sam Levitz Furniture Company that was handled by Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the tenant and Jesse Blum of CBRE Tucson representing the landlord. Followed by a 6,000-square-foot industrial space to From the Mines handled by Michael Coretz of Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson representing the tenant and Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord

The following leases have been submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from March 1-5, 2021.

RETAIL – 300 S TOOLE AVE., TUCSON
Sam Levitz Furniture Company leased 59,675-square-feet of retail space located at 300 S. Toole Ave. in Tucson, from Levin Family Limited Partnership. Greg Furrier, Principal, and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction. Jesse Blum with CBRE, Tucson, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 750 E OHIO ST., STE 2, TUCSON 
From the Mines, LLC leased 6,000-square-feet of industrial space from Ohio Street Bldg. No 2 Ltd., LLLP, located at 750 E. Ohio St., Suite 2 in Tucson.  Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Michael Coretz with Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson, LLC, represented the tenant.

RESTAURANT – SEC CAMPBELL & 6TH ST. TUCSON
Cheba Hut, leased 2,800-square-feet of restaurant space from B33 Sam Hughes Place, LLC.    The restaurant, located in Sam Hughes Place, is situated at the corner of Campbell Ave. and 6th St. in Tucson.  Aaron LaPrise, Principal, and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. INDUSTRIAL – 3170 W EL CAMINO DEL CERRO, TUCSON
Rock Gate Capital, LLC, d/b/a 160 Driving Academy, leased 2,601-square-feet of industrial space from Amerigas Propane, LP, located at 3170 W. El Camino del Cerro in Tucson. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.  Jesse Blum with CBRE, Tucson, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 3150 N FREEWAY INDUSTRIAL LOP, STE 140, TUCSON
Keller Electrical Industries, LLC leased 2,400-square-feet of industrial space from P3&G, LLC, located at 3150 N. Freeway Industrial Loop, Suite 140 in Tucson.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal, and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Kelly Doty with Long Realty Company, represented the tenant.

RESTAURANT – 565 E WETMORE RD., TUCSON
Border Chicken, LLC dba Church’s Chicken has leased 1,800-square-feet at Tucson Place Shopping Center, located at 565 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705 in the Wal Mart/Best Buy anchored power center. The building is the former Applebee’s restaurant located on the pad along Wetmore. Larsen Baker will adapt the 4,400-square-foot building into two suites and will add a drive thru lane. This will be Church’s 7th location in Tucson. Church’s is scheduled to open for business in third quarter 2021. RETAIL – 13180 E COLOSSAL CAVE RD., VAIL (TUCSON)
Bark N’ Bubbles, LLC has signed a lease for a 1,410 square feet suite located at 13180 E. Colossal Cave Road, Suite 150, Vail, AZ in Old Vail Station. This mixed-use project is located south of the southeast corner of Colossal Cave Road and Mary Ann Cleveland Way in Vail, AZ and is not 100% leased. The owner, Julie VanVoorhis has worked in dog grooming shops for most of her life, with her mother and aunt both owning dog grooming shops. The new shop is expected to open in April 2021. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the landlord, Vail Station and Birch Bay, LLC.

RETAIL – 4246 N 1ST AVE., STE 100, TUCSON
Tucson Wax Center, LLC, d/b/a European Wax Center, renewed their lease with Rillito Retail, LLC, for 1,317-square-feet of retail space located in the Rillito Crossing Marketplace, 4246 N. 1st Ave., Suite 100 in Tucson. RETAIL – 3504 E GRANT RD., TUCSON
Up Up, LLC leased 1,200-square-feet at Grant Road Plaza located at 3504 E Grant Road in Tucson. Gordon Wagner and Dave Dutson wth NAI Horizon handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 245 S PLUMER AVE., STE 19, TUCSON
Red Violet Art, LLC leased 1,200-square-feet of industrial space from Plumer Partners, LLC, located in Commerce Plaza, 245 S. Plumer Ave., Suite 19 in Tucson.  Robert C.
