Tucson Lease Report – March 23-27, 2026

TUCSON, AZ (March 30, 2026) — Lease activity reported for the week of March 23-27 totaled 60,004 square feet across retail, office, and industrial properties, including new leases, expansions, and renewals. Office led the week with 21,589 square feet, followed by industrial with 19,633 square feet and retail with 18,782 square feet. The top retail lease was Barnes & Noble’s 16,056-square-foot commitment at Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center, where Aaron LaPrise of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord, and Phil Dagostini and Greg Laing of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the tenant. The top office lease was Tucson Medical Center’s 14,976-square-foot deal at 2070 W. Rudasill Rd., with Thomas J. Nieman and Stephen D. Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the tenant. The top industrial lease was The Hiller Companies’ 6,242-square-foot lease at 3745 N. I-10 EB Frontage Rd., where Stephen D. Cohen and Robert C. Glaser of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord and Hagen Hyatt of JLL represented the tenant.
