TUCSON, AZ (March 30, 2026) — Lease activity reported for the week of March 23-27 totaled 60,004 square feet across retail, office, and industrial properties, including new leases, expansions, and renewals. Office led the week with 21,589 square feet, followed by industrial with 19,633 square feet and retail with 18,782 square feet. The top retail lease was Barnes & Noble’s 16,056-square-foot commitment at Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center, where Aaron LaPrise of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord, and Phil Dagostini and Greg Laing of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the tenant. The top office lease was Tucson Medical Center’s 14,976-square-foot deal at 2070 W. Rudasill Rd., with Thomas J. Nieman and Stephen D. Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the tenant. The top industrial lease was The Hiller Companies’ 6,242-square-foot lease at 3745 N. I-10 EB Frontage Rd., where Stephen D. Cohen and Robert C. Glaser of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord and Hagen Hyatt of JLL represented the tenant.

Barnes & Noble leased 16,056 square feet of retail space at Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center from Acacia-Tucson LLC. Tucson Medical Center leased the 14,976-square-foot medical office building from Redyns Development LLC. Thomas J. Nieman, principal, office specialist, and Stephen D. Cohen, principal, industrial specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, principal, and Alexis Corona, office specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 3745 N. I-10 EB FRONTAGE RD., SUITE 115, TUCSON, AZ, 85705 – CENTRAL
The Hiller Companies, LLC leased 6,242 square feet of industrial space from Peacock Investment Builders Tucson II, LLC. Stephen D. Cohen and Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, principals, industrial specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Hagen Hyatt with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the tenant. The Hiller Companies provides fire protection services.

INDUSTRIAL – 637 S. VINE AVE., TUCSON, AZ, 85719 – CENTRAL
Sparks & Arcs Customs leased a 5,250-square-foot industrial building from Chargers 1 LLC. Max Fisher of BRD Realty handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 7348 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON, AZ, 85704 – NORTHWEST
Chill-N leased 1,436 square feet of retail space. Kaitlyn Sump of CBRE represented the tenant. David Carroll of Paul Ash Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Back to the Future Cottonwood LLC.

INDUSTRIAL – 1955 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON, AZ, 85745 – WEST
H Cortez leased 1,276 square feet of office-warehouse space from WESTGRANT INVESTORS LLC. Max Fisher of BRD Realty handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 2112 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON, AZ, 85745 – WEST
Prime Barber Lounge leased 900 square feet of retail space at Silverbell Plaza from Wisconsin Mall Properties, LLC and R Jeter Family Trust. Regency Medical Equipment Inc. renewed its lease for 6,865 square feet. Tim Healy of CBRE represented Lilly Investment Group LLC. Regency Medical Equipment Inc. was self-represented.

OFFICE – 190 W. CONTINENTAL RD., SUITE 226, GREEN VALLEY, AZ, 85622 – SOUTH
Embarc Realty AZ, LLC exercised its option to expand its suite and extend its term for 3,334 square feet of office space at Continental Plaza.
