Tucson Lease Report May 18-22, 2020

Highlighted this week is a 7,000-square-foot expansion lease to Refugee Rights from Eria, LLC handled by Brenna Lacey and Leah Bogen of VOLK Company with Rick Kleiner and Steve Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report May 18-22, 2020.

OFFICE – 100-150 N TUCSON BLVD., TUCSON
Brenna Lacey and Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights in a 7,000-square-foot expansion of its offices at 100-150 N Tucson Blvd.  The landlord, Eria LLC, was represented by Rick Kleiner and Steve Cohen of Picor.

INDUSTRIAL – 3450 SOUTH BROADMONT, SUITE 100, TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented Hyrdogeophysics, Inc. in the lease of 5,,724-square-feet at 3450 South Broadmont, Suite 100.  The landlord, Tin Cup Properties, LLC, was represented by Ron Zimmerman of PICOR Commercial Real Estate.

RETAIL – 13360-13410 E. MARY ANN CLEVELAND WAY, (VAIL) TUCSON
TMC Medical Network leased 4,520-square-feet of retail space from Vail-SSC, LLC. in the Safeway Shopping Center, located at 13360-13410 E. Mary Ann Cleveland Way in Vail, AZ.   Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction. Aaron LaPrise, Principal and Retail Specialist represented the landlord; Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal and Office -Specialist, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 6781 & 6741 North Thornydale Road, M ARANA
Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, SCG-Northpointe Village LLC, in the lease of two spaces in Northpointe Village. DerbyZona LLC leased 2,750-square- feet at 6781 North Thornydale Road, Suite 203, to open an insurance office, and Tacos Apson Boys LLC leased 2,400-square-feet at 6741 North Thornydale Road, Suite 121 for a Mexican restaurant.  DerbyZona was represented by Torrey Breigel of Phoenix Commercial Advisors, and Tacos Apson Boys was represented by Juan Pantoja of Grimm Commercial.

RETAIL – 915 NORTH SWAN ROAD, TUCSON
Jeramy Price and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company handled a new lease between Lizabeth Fogle and Raymond Novak as landlord and Flawless Salon and Spa as tenant for 2,640-square-feet at 915 North Swan Road in Tucson.

RETAIL – 5855 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Kevin Volk and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Pier I Plaza, L.L.C., in the lease of 2,333-square-feet at 5855 East Broadway Boulevard in Tucson to Thought Process LLC, who will be opening an ATL Wings restaurant. The tenant was represented by Trent Goulette of Southwest Retail Group.

RETAIL – 6612 E. TANQUE VERDE RD, TUCSON
DeJon’s Hair Design, LLC leased 2,240-square-feet of retail space, located at 6612 E. Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson, from Sheila A. Chonis.  Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction

RETAIL – NEC CORTARO & I-10, MARANA
Brenna Lacey and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company and Chuck Wells of Kidder Matthews represented the landlord, Cortaro Commercial JV, in the lease of 2,000-square-feet at the NEC of Cortaro Road and Interstate 10 to Freytag Orthodontics LLC.  The tenant was represented by Winbury Realty.  Freytag plans to occupy space in a second new shops building planned for construction in the project with Carondelet Micro-Hospital, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and several other restaurants/retail/medical companies.

OFFICE – 9640 N ORACLE RD., ORO VALLEY
Debbie Heslop, CCIM of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Boulder Oro Valley, LLC. in a 2,000-square-foot pre-lease to Freytag Orthodontics in the last multi-tenant building under construction at El Corredor, 9640 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley.

RETAIL – THE SHOPPES AT CONTINENTAL RANCH, MARANA
Kevin Volk and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the landlord, The Shoppes at Continental Ranch LLC, in the lease of 1,192-square-feet at the Safeway anchored center in Marana to Zengguang Liu who will be opening a massage studio.

RETAIL – 3614 E GRANT RD., TUCSON
Debbie Heslop, CCIM of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Style 7 Salon dba Tullia Salon and Spa in the lease of 1,200-square-feet at 3514 E Grant Road for a new hair salon. The landlord, Miramar Property Investors LLC, was represented by Gordon Wagner of NAI Horizon.
