Tucson Lease Report May 25-29, 2020

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report May 25-29, 2020.

OFFICE – 2760 S 4th AVENUE, SOUTH TUCSON
Department of Child Safety has expanded their lease premises to a total of ±40,777-square-feet at Madera Business Park. The Madera Business Park is located at 2760 S 4th Avenue, in South Tucson. The Premises will be used for providing services to the Department of Child Safety. The expansion is scheduled to be completed  in July 2020. Melissa Lal, Andy Seleznov and George Larsen  represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker.

OFFICE – BISBEE PLAZA, BISBEE, AZ
Southwest Valley Constructors Co. has leased ±26,446square-feet at The Bisbee Plaza, located at the SEC of S. Naco Highway & AZ-92, Bisbee. INDUSTRIAL – 5990 S. COUNTRY CLUB ROAD, TUCSON, AZ
AZ Solar Group, LLC leased 4,828-square-feet of industrial space in the Country Club Commerce Center, 5990 S. Country Club Rd. TMC Medical Network leased 4,520-square-feet of retail space from Vail-SSC, LLC. in the Safeway Shopping Center, located at 13360-13410 E. Jacquelyn Puckett and Kevin Wettering leased 1,030-square-feet of retail space, located at 5943 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from H.L.F. Properties, Inc.  Ramiro Scavo and Ryan McGregor with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – VAIL SAFEWAY SHOPPING CENTER, VAIL, AZ
Taco Bell signed a lease with Vail-SSC, LLC to build a new restaurant at the Vail Safeway Shopping Center, 13360-13410 E.
