OFFICE – 6802 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Community Medical Services Friendship, LLC, leased a new 4,588-square-foot clinic at 6802 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord, Tucson-based Price Lane Properties. Kevin Volk with the Volk Company represented the tenant.
