The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report during the week of May 5 -9, 2014.

INDUSTRIAL – EMCOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES AT 1321 WEST AJO WAY, TUCSON
EMCOR Government Services, Inc. leased 1,730-square-feet at 1321 West Ajo Way, Suite 103, from Ajo Business Center. The space is located within Ajo Business Center, a retail and industrial project at Ajo Way and Benson Highway. Terry Lavery of Tucson Realty and Trust represented the tenant. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Ajo Business Center.

 

RETAIL – THE CELLULAR CONNECTION AT SUNRISE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER
David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sunrise Village Investors, LLC, in its lease of 1,200-square-feet to Moorehead Communications, Inc., dba The Cellular Connection, at Sunrise Village Shopping Center. The tenant specializes in the sale of Verizon services and products. Sunrise Village is located at the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan and is anchored by Safeway and CVS. Joshua Simon of S/I Real Estate, LLC dba Simon CRE, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – SUBWAY RENEWS LEASE AT SUNRISE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER
David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sunrise Village Investors, LLC, in the renewal of its lease with Subway Real Estate Corp. at Sunrise Village Shopping Center. Subway occupies a 900-square-foot space in the center, which is located at the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan and is anchored by Safeway and CVS.
