Tucson Lease Report November 9-13, 2020

Highlighted this week is a 3,027-square-foot retail space leased to Amazing Fitness in El Corredor shopping center that was handled by Debbie Heslop CCIM, and Leah Bogen of VOLK Company.

The following leases have been submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report November 9-13, 2020.

RETAIL – 9740 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Amazing Fitness LLC leased approximately 3.027-square-feet at 9740 North Oracle Road, Suite 104, Oro Valley, AZ within El Corredor shopping center. The tenant will use the space for an F45 fitness facility. Debbie Heslop CCIM, and Leah Bogen of VOLK Company handled a lease for Boulder Oro Valley, LLC as landlord and Amazing Fitness LLC.

RETAIL – 5760 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON

OFFICE – CRAYCROFT RD and SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Skintegrity has leased a 1,300-square-foot space at Craycroft Plaza, located on Craycroft Rd. just south of Speedway Blvd.  The Premises will be used as an aesthetician office and for the sale related products and services.  Melissa Lal, Elaina Elliot, Andy Seleznov, and George Larsen represented the Landlord while Nancy McClure, of CBRE, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 7315 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Sub in the Sun, LLC leased 1,280-square-foot space at 7315 N. Oracle #108 within Two Oracle for a Jersey Mikes.  Jersey Mike’s will be joining other new tenants including Commerce Bank, Luxspace Suites and Purelit Fitness.  The grand reopening of Two Oracle, a 55,000 square foot office/retail/fitness/restaurant on Oracle Road near Ina Road is scheduled for year end. OFFICE – 4500 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Ginger Garcia leased approximately 1,272-square-foot of space at 4500 East Speedway Boulevard, Suite 113, for an insurance office from Presson Midway LLC The landlord was represented by Rob Glaser of Cushman and Wakefield | PICOR. Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the tenant.

RETAIL – SW CORNER of SPEEDWAY BLVD and CRAYCROFT, TUCSON
Trendy Hair has leased a 1,210-square-foot space at Speedway Craycroft Plaza, located on the SW corner of Speedway Blvd. & Craycroft Rd.  The Premises will be used as a hair salon and for the sale of hair products and related services.  Melissa Lal, Elaina Elliot, Andy Seleznov, and George Larsen represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Pete Villaescusa, of CBRE, represented the Tenant.

OFFICE – SW CORNER of BROADWAY BLVD and CAMINO SECO, TUCSON
