RETAIL – 4036 N. 1ST AVE., TUCSON
Nextar Telecom, Inc., dba Metro PCS, has signed a lease for a 960 square foot retail space in the Shoppes at 1st & Roger, the Fry’s Food & Drug anchored shopping center being expanded at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Roger Road, Tucson, Arizona. This will be the 15th store for Nextar Telecom, Inc. and the 34th store for Metro PCS in Tucson. Nextar Telecom, Inc. is one of the largest Metro PCS franchisees in the United States with over 50 stores in California and Arizona.

Metro PCS is now the fourth retailer to sign a lease in Shoppes at 1st & Roger. The other three tenants are Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N Bake Pizza, Great Clips, and Hollywood Nails. Shoppes at 1st & Roger is scheduled to start construction in the beginning of the first quarter of 2016 and be completed near the end of the second quarter of 2016.
