Bear Tracks Holdings, LLC a lease of 5,500-square-feet at 6095 East Broadway Boulevard. The tenant plans to operate Black Bear Diner in the building, which was formerly occupied by Coco’s. This will be the first Black Bear Diner in Tucson. Other tenants in the center include Jason’s Deli, Merle Norman, and Images Salon.
