Hot Glazed Enchantment, Inc. has entered into a 31,363-square-foot ground lease at 5601 E. Broadway Boulevard. The company plans to build a 3,050-square-foot building and open a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The tenant was represented by Terry Dahlstrom with Volk Co. The landlord, Broadway Festival, LLC, was represented by Nancy McClure, John Ash and Michael Laatsch with CBRE’s Tucson office.
RETAIL - 6343 EAST 22ND STREET, TUCSON
Debbie Heslop, CCIM, and Dave Hammack of Volk Company handled a lease between LDR Enterprises, L.L.C. (landlord) and Aaron’s, Inc. (tenant) at 6343 East 22nd Street. The space is 9,240-square-feet and is located within Oxford Plaza at the northeast corner of 22nd Street and Wilmot Road. Oxford Plaza is anchored by Albertson’s, Auto Zone, Family Dollar, and Hancock Fabrics.

Assurance Health and Wellness Center leased approximately 7,759-square-feet at 1010 E. Palmdale from Foothills Business Ventures LLC. INDUSTRIAL – AIR CARGO TERMINAL 2, TUCSON
Raytheon Missile Systems has leased 3,952-square-feet of industrial space at Air Cargo Terminal 2 from the Tucson Airport Authority. The tenant was represented by Russ Hall with Picor Commercial Real Estate. The landlord was represented by Ian Stuart, Bob DeLaney, and Tim Healy with CBRE’s Tucson office.

Kidder Benefits Consultants has leased 2,450-square-feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. Papa Murphy’s Take N’ Bake Pizza has signed a lease for 1,100-square-feet in the new Shoppes at 1st & Roger being developed at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Roger Road, Tucson, AZ. This new store will be Papa Muphy’s 11th store in the Tucson Area. The Chain has approximately 1,425 stores throughout the U.S. and Canada and is the largest Take N’ Bake pizza company in the world and fifth largest pizza company. This store is expected to open April 2016. This Papa Murphy’s store is owned by PM Tucson, LLC, one of the largest franchisees in the Papa Murphy’s chain. Shoppes at 1st and Roger is Brentwood Development Company’s third shopping center in Tucson. This will be an 11,000 square foot expansion of the existing shopping center, anchored by a 75,000 square foot Fry’s Food & Drug Store.
