RETAIL – 4564-4570 E BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON
Opas! Best, a full-service Greek restaurant, leased a 2,875-square-foot end-cap restaurant space in Midstar Plaza 4564-4570 East Broadway Boulevard from Midstar Partners, LLC. The restaurant will open this Fall. Nancy McClure with CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord.
RETAIL – 446 N CAMPBELL AVENUE, TUCSON
TPP 1, Capital Partners, LLC leased 2,510 square feet at Sam Hughes Place located at 446 N. Campbell Avenue, Tucson, Arizona. The tenant is a subsidiary of Trident Grill and this will be the location for their new Trident concept, Trident Pizza Pub.
