Tucson Lease Report September 6-10, 2021

Highlighted this week is a 7,621-square-foot new industrial lease at 4775 S Butterfield Dr. in the Butterfield Technology Center handled by Isaac Figueroa of Larsen Baker, the landlord.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from September 6-10, 2021.

INDUSTRIAL – 4775 S BUTTERFIELD DR., Ste. 155 & 161, TUCSON
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Kasa Trading, LLC has leased 7,621-square-feet at Butterfield Technology Center for their warehouse distribution. They are leasing suites 155 and 161 located at 4775 S Butterfield Dr. Kasa Trading, LLC trades and distributes nonperishable items, medical supplies, and personal protective items. They will be opening in the fall of 2021. Isaac Figueroa represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.

MEDICAL OFFICE – 1704 W ANKLAM RD., TUCSON
The Pain Center of Arizona, PC, renewed their lease with St. Mary’s MOB, LLC, for 5,027- square-feet of medical office space located in St. Mary’s Medical Plaza II, 1704 W. Anklam Rd., Suite 109 in Tucson. Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 2960 N SWAN RD., STE 134, TUCSON
Kalil and Company, Inc. has extended its lease within Plaza Palomino, 2960 N. Swan Road, Suite 134. Bob Davis of Tango Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant for this 4,350-square-foot office space. Kalil and Company has been in the media brokerage business for over fifty years and is involved in all phases of the brokerage business including radio, television, outdoor, and towers. Kalil conducts business throughout the United States and is widely recognized as the top brokerage organization in the country.

INDUSTRIAL – 3820 S PALO VERDE RD., STE 106, TUCSON
Brett Interiors, Inc. leased 2,923-square-feet of industrial space at Palo Verde Business Center, 3820 S. Palo Verde Road, Suite 106 in Tucson, from Palo Verde Trust Partners, LLC. Robert C. Total Care Connections, Inc., renewed their lease with Coronado Tower Tucson, LLC, for 2,371- square-feet of office space located at 17 W. Wetmore Rd., Suite 100 in Tucson.  Thomas J. RETAIL – 10275 E 22ND STREET, TUCSON
