TUCSON, ARIZONA – Tucson Holdings, LLC of Fort Lauderdale, Florida purchased the retail center at 5961-5971 N Oracle Road in Tucson for $900,000 ($158 PSF).
Built in 1978, the 5,708-square-foot building sits on 29,674-square-feet of land at the southwest corner of Rudasill and Oracle Road in the Northwest submarket of Tucson.
The property was fully leased to two tenants at time of sale, Leslie’s Pools and Om Yoga. Both tenants had recently extended their leases showing their commitment to the property. Leslie’s Pools has been at this location since 1989.
The transaction closed February 25, 2022.
