The Tucson REALTORS Charitable Foundation (TRCF) has awarded $5,000 to three non-profit organizations as part of its quarterly grants program.
The funds and intended use were issued to:
- Salvation Army ($2,500) to provide backpacks and school supplies for under-privileged children in the Tucson area.
- Tu Nidito Children & Family Services ($1,500) to enhance their programs for children dealing with the death of a family member.
- Children’s Clinics ($1,000) in support of their mission of serving chronically ill children in Tucson.
“There are so many unmet needs for young people in our community, we felt it worthwhile to support these three groups that focus on children,” said TAR CEO Marc Lebowitz, who also is the Foundation’s Executive Director.
