The Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR) has installed its Tucson Realtors 2015 Board of Directors during recent ceremonies led by Judy Lowe, Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Nicole Brule-Fisher of RE/MAX Trends will serve as 2015 president of TAR. Henry Zipf of Henry Zipf Realty is the 2015 president of the TAR Multiple Listing Service (TAR/MLS).
In January, Brule-Fisher will replace 2014 TAR president Steve Redmond of Long Realty. Zipf will replace Kimberly Clifton of Tierra Antigua Realty. Redmond’s and Clifton’s terms expire at that time.

Brule-Fisher became a REALTOR® in 2002 and joined RE/MAX Trends in 2013. She was the Tucson region’s first EcoBroker and also the first to earn GREEN certification.
Due to her deep interest in conservation issues, her 2015 theme is Sustainability: The Next Step in Real Estate.
“As TAR president, I plan to accomplish that through the implementation of technology, science, and common sense practices. It all starts with implementing innovative green business initiatives that impact the built environment,” Brule-Fisher said. “This includes the many thousands of homes and businesses that we sell.”
“Responsible. Ethical. Green. Sustainable. I believe those are the keystones to our future successes at TAR and as REALTORS® in our community. I’m proud of our thoughtful, progressive approach to running our Association and I’m excited about continuing to move us in that same progressive direction in 2015,” she added.
Brule-Fisher has served on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board and is a graduate of the prestigious NAR Leadership Academy. She is a member of the NAR Land Use Property Rights & Environment Committee, and the Public Policy Committee.
Her NAR designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative); CRS (Certified Residential Specialist); e-PRO (digital professional); and GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute).
She is active in the TAR Green Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation board. In 2010, she was REALTOR® of the Year.
Her prior experience was with Keller Williams Southern Arizona and Realty Executives Southern Arizona. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
Zipf has been a REALTOR® since 1986 and a designed REALTOR® and Broker since 1992. In addition to serving on the TAR Board, he is active in the TAR Risk Committee. His professional affiliations include NAR; Arizona Association of REALTORS®; Arizona
Regional MLS; and the Western Pinal Association of REALTORS®. He also is a past member of the Green Valley/Sahuarita MLS.
His related expertise includes six years as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. In his Chapter 7 trustee’s role, he administered over 6,000 cases. He also has extensive experience managing single-family, multi-family and commercial properties.
The 2015 officers and directors were installed Nov. 20 at the TAR Annual Installation and Awards Luncheon at the Westin La Paloma hotel resort. The emcee was Joeann Fossland of Purple Sage Realty and owner of Advantage Solutions Group Real Estate School. About 250 people attended.
