Carvana’s 27,208-square-foot industrial lease led the activity. The transactions below are arranged from largest to smallest, with the Konica Minolta renewal/relocation separated.

Retail – 4811 E. Grant Rd., Suites 117 and 119, Tucson, 85712 – Northeast Submarket
