Dean P. Cotlow, President of Pace Construction, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cotlow Company, has been selected as the Project Manager Developer for development of the new Chandler Dealership for Vermeer Southwest. The facility will contain approximately 35,000-square-feet of offices, training facility, parts warehouse and fourteen service bays. The facility will be located at 17019 South Weber Drive Chandler, Arizona. Design is by Seaver Franks Architects, Inc. with Barker Contracting as the contractor.

Pace Construction, Inc. will be the owner’s representation in all phases of the development. Construction is scheduled to start in September and will be completed in nine months.
