Two Land-Leased Mobile Home Communities Sold for $5 Million in Tucson

TUCSON, AZ (August 9, 2024) — Twin Palms Mobile Home Court at 4541 N Old Romero Road and the mobile home community at 1901 W Alsis Lane in Tucson sold for an aggregate of $5 million ($53,763 per space) to Twin Palms MHC and Twin Palms Homes, LLC, based in Miami, FL.

Both are for all-ages manufactured home communities, with 1901 W Alexis Lane having 30 spaces (sold for $1.5 million) and Twin Palms having 63 spaces (sold for $3.5 million).

Both are land-leased communities.

Home site lots rent from $425 – $575 per month and include the following:

  • Trash pickup
  • Water
  • Sewer

The community’s streets are paved and average in width. The water is sourced from the city, and the sewer system is city-provided. Parking is off-street. Neither community offers spaces for RVs.

These well-maintained communities have easy access to local schools, recreation, shopping, and entertainment.

Both were sold by Oro Valley-based Twin Palms MHP, LLC and Twin Palms MHP II, LLC (Hansel Rodriguez, manager).
