GPE Commercial Advisors secured the sale of two Scottsdale condos within Sundown Ranch at 8428 East Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. The combined total of 5,079-square-feet for the two suites sold for $838,035 ($165 PSF). This beautiful property sold in three months and received several offers.
