TUCSON, ARIZONA - Phoenix-based Velocity Retail Group is expanding into southern Arizona. The new Tucson location at 6061 E. Grant Road opened January 3, 2018 with Brian Harpel, Senior Vice President and Associate Broker, as lead in the new office. This is the second office for Velocity Retail Group which was founded in 2005.
Harpel, a well-known veteran of the commercial real estate industry in southern Arizona has spent nearly 30-years handling all aspects of commercial retail including shopping center leasing and sales, tenant representation, as well as coordinating development activities for retail centers. In this new role with Velocity Retail, Harpel will focus on growing the Landlord Advisory Services division in Tucson as well as Phoenix.
