Phoenix, Arizona -- Velocity Retail Group has announced that Brad Ranly has been hired to launch their Land Practice Group effective immediately. Ranly previously worked with Land Advisors Organization and most recently, Marcus & Millichap where he focused on site selection services for commercial land.  His experience in working with development companies, investors, the public sector and medical clients has provided a unique perspective in pinpointing prospective sites.

Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham, President commented, “Our firm is one of the leading tenant representation companies in the southwest.  By adding Brad’s strength in the land specialty within our company enhances our ability to provide a deeper level of service for our clients.” Currently Velocity Retail Group provides a full range of commercial services for retailers, shopping center owners, and investors.

Brad brings nearly 20 years of working in the land specialty and has listed and sold parcels ranging from a 35-acre medical campus, down to 2 acres for an individual user.  He is known for his ability to utilize existing relationships to locate and source difficult requirements for clients.
