Halley/Gleason/Marks Trio Brings More than 60 Years of Experience to Firm
Phoenix, Arizona – The commercial real estate brokerage team of Brian Gleason, SIOR, Bonnie C. Halley, CCIM and Melissa Marks has joined the industrial/office services group at Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.

Halley, senior vice president, brings more than 30 years of experience in business solutions and real estate expertise to the company, primarily helping mid-sized businesses in Arizona. She has handled buyer and seller representation and both landlord and tenant representation in the Greater Phoenix marketplace. She specializes in leasing, financial analysis and the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Her experience in the industry includes leadership positions with Phoenix West Commercial, Don Bennett and Associates and Re/Max Commercial in Scottsdale. Prior to her real estate brokerage career, Halley served as an executive for Home National Bank and as Vice President of First Interstate Bank of Arizona (now Wells Fargo Bank.)
Gleason, senior vice president, also provides more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, primarily focused on corporate and institutional clients. He offers extensive background in business development, landlord representation and corporate services. He works on a local and national level for a variety of corporate clients. His experience in the industry includes positions with Phoenix West Commercial, Cornish & Carey Newmark and Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle in San Francisco. He also has served as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for the McKesson Corporation.
Marks, associate, entered the commercial real estate industry in 2016 and was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” at Phoenix West Commercial. Prior to pursuing commercial real estate, she was employed by FourteenSix, Inc. and served as a project coordinator for Toyota in Kearny Mesa, CA.
