Victoria Benavidez Starts the New Year at Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona – Victoria L. Benavidez has joined the multifamily team at Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix. She will be joining Neil Sherman, Senior Vice President, Carrick Sears, Senior Investment Advisor and Brian Teske, Associate Advisor in the Phoenix office. Benavidez will be involved in all aspects of acquisitions and sales, in addition to acting as transaction coordinator, client liaison and social media manager.

Benavidez has worked in the commercial real estate industry and has over ten years of experience with real estate, business/sales development, marketing plans, public relations, event planning/coordinating, website development and social media.

Benavidez held a position with Alliance Residential in Phoenix, Arizona as their Director of Investor Relations. She has worked hand-in-hand with development partners and public relations firms to create press releases for land deals, acquisitions and lease-ups. She has held positions such as Marketing Project Manager with CBRE in Phoenix & Grubb & Ellis, in Seattle in multiple capacities. She also spent time working for the m3 Companies assisting with the CamelSquare redevelopment/outreach project in Phoenix.
