Willmeng Construction Breaks Ground on EastGroup’s Falcon Field Business Center, delivering on industrial demand in Mesa
MESA, Arizona – With high demand for quality industrial buildings in the East Valley, EastGroup Properties, Phoenix, announced the groundbreaking of Falcon Field Business Center Tuesday, Nov. 28. The 98,643-square-foot building, located at 3110 N. Greenfield Road, is being constructed by Willmeng Construction and designed by Butler Design Group.
The industrial space is owned and managed by EastGroup Properties, Phoenix, and is expected to be completed by mid-May 2018. The Koss Louer team of Lee & Associates Arizona is responsible for the leasing on behalf of EastGroup.
