Tucson, AZ – 5151 E. Broadway has announced a new Assistant Property Manager at Tucson’s largest commercial office building. Cheryl La Plant has been hired to assist property manager, Heide Foley at the iconic tower.
Foley said, “Cheryl’s soft skills integrate perfectly into our team. She also has a strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and creative services.” La Plant is part of the Cushman & Wakefield | Picor company that oversees management and operations of 5151.
Cheryl La Plant was previously in client relations with Lawyer’s Title of Arizona, and earlier worked in the Trust Department of Ticor Title Insurance. Her career in the real estate industry has spanned 20-years. She received a B.A. from the University of Arizona in Media Arts, graduating in 1990.
5151 E. Broadway is on target to completion of major building renovations by year’s end. The extensive two-level parking structure maintenance and repairs, and installation of contemporary elevator cabs – including a state-of-the-art modernization program for optimization of travel times on elevators.
