The location of the property is 1401 West Glenn Street in Tucson, AZ. The property sold to HDRA Properties, LLC. The seller was Cheto Parrtners, LLC. The sales price was $420,000 which equates to $61 per square foot. The building was 100% occupied at closing.

Tom Hunt and Bob Davis of Rein and Grossoehme represented the buyer. Chuck Corriere of Keller Williams represented the seller. The Hunt/Davis team specializes in assisting entrepreneurs with their office and industrial real estate needs.
