dollar generalInvestor, GFM Realty 2, LLC purchased the newly constructed Dollar General store at 9950 South Nogales Highway in Tucson for $1,670,588 ($184 PSF). The property consists of a 9,100-square-foot building on 63,598-square-feet of land.

The investor was represented by Mike Schulte of The Schulte Company in Tucson and Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the seller, DCM Development Company, LLC.

New Dollar General Store Coming to Catalina

DCM Development Company, LLC purchased 51,204-square-feet of land at 16341 and 16355 North Oracle Road in Catalina and plans to build a retail store for Dollar General. The purchase price was $300,000 ($5.86 PSF). The seller was JALM Investors Limited Partnership.
