All Seasons Senior Care closed on a 9.2 acre property for a proposed senior care facility in Oro Valley. The 9.2 acres is located in Innovation Corporate Center at Innovation Park Drive and Vistoso Park Road in Oro Valley. The property sold for $3,205,784 ($8 PSF).

The buyer is Farmington Hills MI based, All Seasons of Oro Valley,  an affiliate of Oakland Management Corporation that manages commercial properties in Michigan and Arizona. The company is a subsidiary of Beztak Properties which is engaged in the development of apartment communities in Michigan, Arizona, Florida and North Carolina.

The Senior Care Facility is in final stages of approval by the Town of Oro Valley, having made various changes for 11 buildings, including 1 main building, 10 casitas, 73-assisted living beds, and 108 independent living units.

• The 108 independent-living units, referred to as retirement communities or congregate-living communities, are specifically designed senior centers with the needs and interests of independent senior adults in mind.
• The 73 assisted living units is the largest growing segment of all senior housing options offering a "just right" combination of senior living and care. It’s a senior lifestyle that incorporates senior residential housing, personalized support services, and healthcare designed for the individual needs of seniors who would like help with daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming but do not require the level of skilled medical care provided in a nursing home setting.

The seller was VWI / Vistoso Development, LLC of Tucson an affiliate of Venture West with Neil Simon and Fred Steiniger, members.
