Former bank branch, 4403 E Broadway Rd., Mesa, AZ

MESA, AZ – ORION Investment Real Estate is proud to announce the sale of the vacant, former bank building, located at 4403 East Broadway Road in Mesa, for $525,000 ($98 PSF). This ±5,350 square foot freestanding property is situated at the intersection of Greenfield Road & Broadway Road. Built in 1980 and renovated in 2008, the building has a 3-lane drive-thru and two prominent monument signs. It was vacant at the time of sale.

The buyer plans to occupy the property for his business. His business is a mortuary with a small chapel.  The zoning allowed for this property to be used for his business, which is why it appealed to the buyer.

Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President at ORION Investment Real Estate, noted, "The buyer for this property is a great reuse of a former bank building. The location, signage and zoning allowed for this buyer to use the property."

The seller, Theodore M. Kruger of Bullseye Commercial Real Estate, said to Miner, "Four other brokerage houses were unable to sell this property, but you did! Thanks again!"

The property was sold by Bullseye Commercial Real Estate, LLC and purchased by Pine Haven Investments, LLC.
