Phoenix, AZ – CBRE has completed the sale of a single-tenant, CVS located at 5050 West Baseline Road in Laveen, Arizona. The 13,013-square-foot retail property is situated on approximately 2.02 Acres of land and commanded a sale price of $6,945,000, or $534 per square foot.
Joseph R. Compagno and Andrew K. Fosberg with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, WFT Rogers Ranch 4 SPE, LLC, Kent, Washington. The buyers, Renee Delue Sampedro and Ricke M. Delue of San Mateo, California were represented by Kevin Cullinane, Kevin Phillips and Lylliam Torres of SC Properties.
“We sold the property at list price within one hour of taking the property to the market. We sourced a high net worth southern California exchange investor from our large database of buyers,” said Compagno.
The CVS is located at the entry to The Shoppes at Rogers Ranch, a center comprising over ±57,000-square feet of strip retail and pad tenants, including Taco Bell, AutoZone, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, Native Grill & Wings, Little Caesar’s Pizza, AT&T and Jimmy John’s.
