Rick Foss NAI Horizon

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – NAI Horizon is proud to announce that Rick Foss has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Foss joined NAI Horizon in 2010 and possesses 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona. His expertise is in owner/user, representing seller and buyers, as well as tenant and landlord representation. He also has experience in negotiating industrial land for speculative development.

Foss has successfully provided advisory and consultative services to local business owners seeking a dependable, knowledgeable professional to purchase or sell their facilities, assisting his clients throughout the entire acquisition or disposition process.

“His consistent financial performance and commitment to the overall success of the firm earned him this well-deserved acknowledgement,” said Terry Martin-Denning, CEO of NAI Horizon.

Foss is a participant in NAI’s broker ownership group and is a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for the firm. He is a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Foss graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree.
