Dave Barrett, First VP CBRE

Phoenix, Arizona – CBRE Group, Inc. announced today that David Barrett has been promoted to First Vice President with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services. In this role, Mr. Barrett will specialize in advising and representing Phoenix users of office and light industrial space with their real estate occupier needs and strategies. Since joining the commercial real estate industry 18 years ago, Mr. Barrett has represented companies in approximately 9-million-square- feet of transactions.

“David is a valuable asset to our Advisory & Transaction Services in Phoenix,” said Craig Henig, Senior Managing Director and market leader for CBRE in Arizona. “He is adept at leveraging CBRE’s service-oriented real estate platform and comprehensive market intelligence resources to provide the highest level of representation and advisory services to our clients.”

Over the course of his career, Mr. Barrett has served clients that include national leaders in the insurance, medical and financial advisory industries. He and his team assist with strategic planning, lease administration, project and transaction management and financial services. In 2008, he was recognized as CBRE’s “Rookie of the Year.” Mr. Barrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Arizona.
