
Tucson, Arizona – Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites announced its new restaurant, the Glowbal, opened on September 29, 2017. Part of their continued transformation, the Glowbal will be Tucson’s newest dining spot with mouthwatering dishes and creative drinks. Offering hotel guests and local residents an exclusive setting with modern décor in an intimate atmosphere. The Glowbal will encompass the fusion of international cuisine while highlighting the bold flavors and ingredients of countries from Mexico to India. New restaurant concept of TNB Hotels.

And the Glowbal has a special secret that we look forward to our patrons uncovering.”

In addition to the new restaurant opening, Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites is finalizing a $6.5 million transformation of the hotel including overnight accommodations and function space.
Leading the innovative culinary team at Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites and their onsite restaurant, the Glowbal, is Executive Chef Javier Martinez. A Tucson native, the local dynamic flavors have been active in his cuisine style including his favorite dish of Enchiladas. Javier shares, “My team is excited to share the unique flavors that have been designed into the Glowbal menu. With attention to detail and our passion for culinary creation, we know that patrons will enjoy a restaurant experience like no other in the city of Tucson.”
