Scottsdale, Arizona – An affiliate of Kent Circle Partners, KCI Goodyear North LLC, (Scott Seldin, President) completed the sale of a 49-acre parcel located on the SEC corner of Bullard Avenue and Van Buren Street, in Goodyear, AZ.  KCI Goodyear North LLC, a single asset entity of Kent Circle Partners, sold the property for $12,756,933 ($260,0345 per acre).

The buyer, Peak Realty Investment 2, LLC of Santa Clara, CA., is planning to build a data center on the property.

Tony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg of Jones Lang La Salle Incorporated (JLL) represented the seller in this transaction. Mark Bauer of Jones Lang La Salle Incorporated (JLL) represented the buyer.

In December 2011, recognizing the properties desirable access to I-10 and Goodyear Airport, KCI Goodyear North LLC bought a 100-acre parcel, zoned C-2. In September 2018, 42.95 acres of the parcel was sold to DBM Ventures of Phoenix, AZ.
