Highlighted this week is a 13,138-square-foot lease to Ramtex Recycling handled by Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report May 4-8, 2020.

INDUSTRIAL – 3450 D BROADMONT DR, TUCSON
Ramtex Recycling, Inc. leased a 13,138-square-foot industrial yard located at 3450 S. Broadmont Dr. in Tucson, from Tin Cup Properties, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3318 E PENNSYLVANIA ST., TUCSON
Navarro Built, LLC leased 7,538-square-feet of industrial space located at 3318 E. Pennsylvania St. in Tucson from 420 Aviation, LLC.  Max Fisher and Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1548 S EUCLID AVE, STE A, TUCSON
Kit Taplin leased 4,000-square-feet of industrial space located at 1548 S. Euclid Ave., Suite A in Tucson, from RRN, Inc.  Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.
