Santa Cruz Meadows, Sahuarita, AZ

DR Horton, Inc. purchased 10 finished lots as part of a rolling option at Santa Cruz Meadows in Sahuarita. The 7,000-square-foot lots sold for $630,000 or $63,000 each and the transaction closed escrow on June 10, 2020.

The seller was Tucson Land LLC. Randy Emerson of GRE Partners, LLC represented the Seller and Dan Feig of Chapman Lindsey represented the Buyer.

Meritage Homes of Arizona, Inc. purchased 140 platted and engineered lots at Rancho del Lago in Vail from Vail Valley Joint Venture. The price was $2,335,891 for the 45’ and 50’ wide lots. The sale closed escrow on June 9, 2020.

Randy Emerson of GRE Partners, LLC represented the Seller and the Buyer was self-represented. The sale represents the final unsold lots at Rancho del Lago, a master planned golf community in the rapidly growing Vail submarket.
