TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Metro Motors, LLC (Saad Antar, manager) purchased an automobile sales lot located at 1740 East Fair Street in Tucson, the former Auto Liquidators, for $250,000 ($6.04 PSF).

The fully improve fenced 1.03 acres sold with a mobile office on site and has been used auto sales dealership for a long time. The property is adjacent to Pima County Sheriff's offices.

This will be Metro Motors second location, the first one is at 2761 N Stone Ave. in Tucson.

Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon represented the seller and Andre Scaife with EXP Realty represented the Buyer in this transaction.
