MARANA, ARIZONA – DR Horton purchased 17.4 acres on Tortolita Road, north of Moore Road, in for $900,000. The property was rezoned for 8,000-square-foot lots by the buyer and  buyer intends to plat it for up to 34-lots.

The property is located directly north of Tortolita Reserve, a Lennar Homes community that began in 2013.

Located on the Tortolita Foothills, the community will have easy access to I-10 freeway while being only a few minutes from golfing, shopping, dining and entertainment.
