OrthoDME Holdings, LLC, leased the property located at 6303 E. Tanque Verde, Suite 340, Tucson, Arizona, consisting of 3,155-square-feet of office space, from 6303 Tanque Verde, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the Landlord and Julian Willetts of RE/MAX Excalibur represented the Tenant in the transaction. Asking lease rate: $18.00 SF/YR NNN
