TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Velocity Retail Group, LLC announces that Tucson-based Davis Kitchens has leased 45,219 square feet, at the former Toys R Us Building, located at 5355 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, Arizona 85711.  Brian Harpel, Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail represented Landlord, SDR Associates LLP, in the lease. The new store is scheduled to open in the Summer of 2021.

Since 1975, Davis Kitchens has offered quality cabinetry, professional installation, and first-class service. David Kitchens is southern Arizona’s leader in cabinetry. They provide professional cabinet designs and installation for kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, or new home construction.

“We welcome Davis Kitchen’s to the shopping center and look forward to the continuing renaissance of the property, with future announcements forthcoming,” said Thomas Powers, on behalf of SDR Associates.

This transaction is one of dozens of big box deals completed by Velocity Retail Group in the past year.  The firm continues to lead the retail market in big box leasing and sales and looks forward to continuing to serve its expanding retailers at the highest level.
